Baked a Cake

While we're not your typical Valentine's Day couple, when I was asked to make a little Valentine's cake for a sweet couple I had to say yes. After trying Simone’s 30^th cake, Anna tried to think of the next occasion she could for a cake – any excuse for a cake! Fortunately Valentine’s Day was just around the corner.

This little beauty was a chocolate and raspberry cake filled and iced with Nutella buttercream and decorated with fresh raspberries, toasted hazelnuts and a little gold lustre dust for a little something extra special.
