Baked a Cake

This Saturday, the boy and I finally got the chance to visit Newcastle's cutest little cake shop, hello naomi, the shop front owned by the super talented cake decorator Naomi Henderson!
We walked in just before closing time (sorry guys) and enjoyed a delicious Glee Coffee Roasters coffee and delicious cupcakes. Being a coconut (sorry,  ilove a good Dad joke) chose Grapefruit and Coconut (just the right mix of sweet and tart) and the boy chose Salted Caramel Popcorn (a long-time favourite). 
I love this little place - the cute gloss stools, handwritten sign-writing, the light globes, the pretty, delicate cupcakes and cookies on offer, and THAT hamburger phone! - definitely calling in for another visit not so close to closing time.
