Baked a Cake

Having two older twin brothers, you could say I have a soft spot for twins - not that I even like to entertain the idea of having twins myself - so when I was asked to make the first birthday cakes for two little girls, how could I resist!

Last month I had the pleasure of making matching cakes for the super cute Anneliese and Sienna - the brief: a delicious fudgy chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache and purple decorations for Anneliese, and a yummy vanilla cake with a sweet strawberry swirl and white chocolate ganache with pretty pink decorations for Sienna with a sweet little fondant teddy bear on top. Happy birthday girls, hope you had a lovely first birthday :)
